We are NOT an authorized service center, partner, agent, or representative of any appliance brand or manufacturer including LG, Samsung, IFB, Bosch, Whirlpool, Godrej, Haier, Panasonic, or any other brand. We are an independent third-party repair service provider.

2. Services We Provide

We provide professional doorstep repair and maintenance services for washing machines and refrigerators across Chennai and surrounding areas. We do NOT repair any other appliances. The acceptance of any specific repair job is at our sole discretion, based on the appliance type, nature of the problem, availability of parts, and availability of our technicians.

3. Diagnosis Visit Charge

A diagnosis visit charge of ₹299 is payable when our technician visits your home to inspect your washing machine or refrigerator and identify the problem. This charge includes:

• Technician travel to your location
• Complete inspection of your appliance
• Diagnostic testing to identify the issue
• Provision of a fixed repair quote

If you proceed with the repair through us on the same visit, the ₹299 diagnosis charge is waived (credited/adjusted against your repair bill). If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnosis charge is non-refundable as it covers the technician's professional time and effort.

4. Repair Quotes and Approval

After diagnosing your washing machine or refrigerator problem, our technician will provide you with a fixed, transparent quote showing:

• Detailed description of the problem
• Parts required and their cost
• Labour charges
• Total repair cost

No repair work will begin until you explicitly approve the quote. Approval can be given verbally to the technician, in writing, or via WhatsApp message. The quoted price is fixed and will not change unless you request additional repairs not originally diagnosed.

5. Spare Parts and Materials

We use only genuine manufacturer or OEM-grade (Original Equipment Manufacturer) spare parts for all washing machine and refrigerator repairs. We do not use counterfeit, refurbished, or aftermarket parts. Every spare part we install comes with its own manufacturer's warranty, which will be documented on your repair invoice. You will receive documentation showing the part details and warranty period.

6. Service Warranty

Little Brother provides a 30-day warranty on all washing machine and refrigerator repair work. This warranty covers:

• If the same fault (same problem we just repaired) recurs within 30 days, we will re-service your appliance free of charge
• No labour charges or parts charges for warranty re-service
• Multiple warranty visits covered if needed for the same issue

Important: The 30-day warranty applies only to the specific fault we repaired. Different problems, new issues, or damage from misuse are NOT covered under this warranty. Warranty is void if the appliance has been serviced by another technician or if damage is found to be due to customer misuse.

7. Payment Terms

Payment for repair services is due only after the repair is completed successfully and you have approved the work. We accept cash payments. Payment must be made before the technician leaves your home. No part of the repair is considered complete until full payment is received.

1. Cancelling Your Booking

You may cancel your washing machine or refrigerator repair appointment:

• Before technician dispatch: You can cancel at any time before our technician has left to come to your location. No cancellation fee applies.
• After technician has arrived: If you cancel after the technician has already reached your address, the ₹299 diagnosis visit charge is applicable as the technician's time and travel have been used.

2. Rescheduling Your Appointment

If you need to reschedule (postpone) your appointment to a different date or time:

• Reschedule before technician dispatch: Completely free, no charge

3. Diagnosis Visit Charge - When Waived

The ₹299 diagnosis visit charge is waived (refunded/credited) if and only if:

• You proceed with the washing machine or refrigerator repair through us on the same visit
• In this case, the ₹299 is adjusted/credited against your repair bill

The diagnosis charge is NON-REFUNDABLE if:

• You decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis
• You choose to repair elsewhere after getting our quote
• The technician has already visited and spent time diagnosing

4. Refund for Unsuccessful Repairs

In the rare event that we attempt a repair, you pay the labour charges, but the same fault is not resolved:

• We will re-attempt the repair free of charge within the 30-day warranty period
• If successful repair is not technically possible, we will refund labour charges only
• Spare parts cost is refundable only if the part is still in unused, resaleable condition
• Used or installed parts cannot be refunded

5. 30-Day Warranty Re-Service (No Refund, Free Service)

If the same fault recurs within 30 days of your repair:

• We will re-service your washing machine or refrigerator at NO CHARGE
• No refund is issued - instead, the service is provided free
• This covers the same problem only, not different or new faults
• Multiple warranty visits are covered if needed for the same issue

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval
• Refunds are credited to the same payment method used (cash, UPI, bank transfer)
• For bank refunds, you may be asked to provide your bank account details

• Services rendered as per customer's approved quote

9. Spare Parts Refund

If you request a refund for spare parts installed during repair:

• Only unused, unopened, resaleable parts can be refunded
• Installed or used parts cannot be refunded
• Parts must be in original condition with packaging
• Refund request must be made within 7 days of repair
• Labour charges for installation are non-refundable

10. Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your washing machine or refrigerator is not working after our repair, and the issue is due to our error or negligence (not customer misuse):

• We will fix it free of charge under warranty (see section 5)
• If not fixable under warranty after reasonable attempts, labour refund may be considered
