We want every customer to have a fair and transparent experience. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and warranty re-services work for our appliance repair services.

The diagnosis visit charge is waived (deducted from the total repair bill) when you proceed with the repair through us. If you decide not to proceed after diagnosis, the visit charge is non-refundable — it covers the technician's time, travel and diagnostic work.
If we complete a repair, collect payment, and the same fault is not fully resolved, we will:
Refund of spare parts cost applies only if the part is still unused and in resaleable condition. Parts that have been installed and removed cannot be refunded.
If the same fault recurs within 30 days of the original repair date, we will re-service it at no charge. To claim, contact us with your original invoice number and date. This warranty does not cover:

If the issue remains unresolved, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
We may revise this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to services already completed.
