These Terms govern your use of the Little Brother Appliance Services website and our repair services. By contacting us or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Little Brother Appliance Services is an independent third-party appliance repair business based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are not an authorised service centre, partner, agent or representative of any appliance brand or manufacturer. All brand names mentioned are for identification purposes only.
We provide home doorstep repair and maintenance for refrigerators and washing machines across Chennai. Service is available Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Acceptance of any specific repair job is at our discretion, based on the appliance, problem and availability of parts.
After diagnosis, the technician will share a fixed quote for parts and labour before any work begins. Repair work commences only after you approve the quote, either verbally, in writing or via WhatsApp. By approving, you authorise us to carry out the work. No additional charges will be added after your approval without a fresh quote and your consent.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept:
A receipt or invoice will be provided for every completed service. Keep this safely — it is required for any warranty claims.
We use original manufacturer or OEM-grade spare parts. Where original parts are not available, we will inform you and offer suitable alternatives before proceeding. Replaced parts come with their applicable manufacturer warranty, which will be mentioned on your invoice.
We provide a 30-day warranty against the recurrence of the same fault that was repaired. If the same problem returns within 30 days, we will re-service the appliance free of charge. The warranty does not cover:

While we take all reasonable professional care, Little Brother Appliance Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from appliance breakdown or repair, including food spoilage, missed laundry, or business interruption. Our maximum liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that particular service.
We reserve the right to decline any job that is unsafe, technically not feasible, or beyond economical repair, and will inform you of this and recommend alternatives where possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
